Written predominantly in D. I. Cree's late teens and early twenties, An Almost Adult is her journey through life in poetry. From Childhood through Adolescence and into Almost, this book chronicles her life and how she saw and still sees the world. It's an eclectic compilation of poems written between 2006 to 2020.
